What happens to my account?
You can of course keep your account. In the Fribourg and Basel regions, you can use our vehicles as usual.
Your existing ride credit will remain fully intact.
If you no longer wish to use your account, you can delete it in the app under the profile settings. In this case, your data will be completely deleted in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations.

Can I continue to use Pick-e-Bike in other regions?
Yes. You can use Pick-e-Bike as usual in the Fribourg and Basel regions.
I still have remaining ride credit.
Your ride credit will remain unchanged in your account. You can use it in the Fribourg and Basel regions.
How can I delete my account?
Open the main menu in the app and tap on «Profile». Under «Account» you will find the option to delete your account. Your data will be completely deleted in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations.
What happens to my remaining ride credit if I delete my account?
Remaining ride credit from purchased Credit Packs will be refunded to your stored payment method after deletion. Ride credit from promotions, promos or credits will expire when the account is deleted.
